STEP 1: APPOINT ESTATESPACE
Appoint Estatespace to sell your property. Choose to sell your property yourself with our Essentials 'DIY' Package or choose our All Inclusive 'full agency service' Package.
STEP 2: PHOTO DAY!
Your personal Estatespace Agent will contact you to organise for one of our team's photographers to visit your home to professionally photograph its key features in their best light. Come photo day, we will also take measurements to prepare a scaled floor plan.
STEP 3: PROFESSIONAL ADVICE
Within 24 hours of photos being taken, all images will be delivered to you for download along with an Estatespace Property Report. This report will include a highest and best use analysis of the site's development potential; a comparative market analysis to determine the property's value and a tailor made marketing plan for your property.
STEP 4: MARKETING THE PROPERTY
Upon your instruction, we will prepare the professional advert and all marketing material for your review. Once you are happy with it, we will organise for the sign to be installed, all promotional material sent to you and for the advertisement to be listed on Australia's top real estate portals realestate.com.au and domain.com.au.
STEP 5: VIEWINGS & RECEIVING OFFERS
If you have chosen our Essentials Package, once your listing goes live, you will begin to receive viewing requests straight to your inbox and calls directly to your mobile. You can then organise all private and open for inspections around your schedule and negotiate directly with prospective buyers with your Estatespace Agent on hand to assist with any queries and provide regular feedback on the results of the online marketing tools used to market your property.
If you have chosen our All Inclusive Package, your Estatespace Agent will field all enquiries, host all inspections and lead all negotiations on your behalf.
STEP 6: ACCEPTING THE OFFER
Once you've found your perfect buyer and signed a contract, you can choose to engage Estatespace's conveyancing team to take care of the legals and hold any deposit money in our trust account.
STEP 7: GUIDING YOU THROUGH TO SETTLEMENT
Now that the contract has been signed, your Estatespace Agent will guide you every step of the way through to settlement, alerting you to every key contractual milestone

We are currently focused on selling homes in the Brisbane Local Government Area. As such, our All Inclusive Package is only available for properties in the Brisbane area. We do however offer our Essentials 'DIY' Package to any property in South East Queensland.
